ABC, Others Settle Action Over Web Privacy Breaches

Law360, Los Angeles (June 13, 2011, 4:52 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Monday approved a $2.4 million settlement in two consolidated class actions alleging that Internet service providers working with numerous major online portals — including the websites of ABC, NBC, Fox, Disney and MTV — tracked users without their knowledge or consent.
