Regal Lager Ordered To Chip In On $35M Antitrust Deal

Law360, San Diego (June 13, 2011, 10:00 PM EDT) -- A Pennsylvania federal judge on Monday ordered Regal Lager Inc. to pay its portion of a $35 million settlement that resolved antitrust class actions alleging it and other baby products distributors colluded with Toys R Us to set vertical price restraints.
