Blank Rome, Cozen Sued For $500M Over Zoning Advice

Law360, New York (June 14, 2011, 7:09 PM EDT) -- Blank Rome LLP and Cozen O'Connor were hit Monday in New York state court with a $500 million breach of contract suit accusing the firms of providing a real estate developer bad zoning advice on a residential project that resulted in defaulted loans.
