Law360, New York (June 14, 2011, 5:38 PM ET) -- Ogma LLC lodged another complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission on Monday accusing a slew of companies including 3M Co., Mitsubishi Electric Corp. and Toshiba Corp. of importing products that infringe its patented motion-sensitive sound effects technology.
The ITC initiated an investigation over allegations of infringement of the same two patents in May. That suit targets nearly two dozen electronics makers, including Nintendo Co. Ltd. and Canon Inc.
