DOE Can’t Nix $2.1M Suit Over Radioactive Landfill Costs

Law360, New York (June 15, 2011, 3:28 PM ET) -- A federal judge on Monday denied the U.S. Department of Energy's bid to dismiss Texas Instruments Inc.’s $2.1 million indemnity suit that claims the DOE should reimburse TI for costs incurred in three lawsuits related to radioactive waste at a Massachusetts landfill.
