Boeing Seeks Quick Win In NLRB Union Case

Law360, New York (June 14, 2011, 8:07 PM EDT) -- Boeing Co. on Tuesday urged an administrative law judge in Washington to throw out the National Labor Relations Board's suit accusing the company of violating federal law by transferring work in the state to a nonunion facility in South Carolina.
