Calif. Judge Won't Instruct Jury On Rambus Shredding

Law360, New York (June 14, 2011, 8:35 PM EDT) -- A California state judge ruled Tuesday that jurors in an antitrust suit brought by Rambus Inc. against Micron Technology Inc. and Hynix Semiconductor Inc. will not be told that Rambus was found to have destroyed evidence in a related patent lawsuit.
