Law360, New York (June 15, 2011, 4:19 PM ET) -- The Ninth Circuit on Wednesday overturned a lower court win for a putative class of junior PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP auditors who claim they are entitled to overtime pay.
Though the auditors won a summary judgment in district court by arguing they should get overtime because their work is unskilled, PwC deserves a chance to prove in court that they are professionals who are overtime exempt, a three-judge panel ruled.
