Law360, New York (June 15, 2011, 6:38 PM ET) -- A Pennsylvania federal judge on Tuesday refused to dismiss a tax evasion indictment against Adelphia Communications Corp.'s founder and his son, ruling that a prosecutor's alleged hardball tactics in their earlier stock fraud case did not violate their constitutional rights.
