NY Court Refuses To Step Between Prosecutors, Amgen

Law360, New York (June 16, 2011, 4:24 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge refused on Tuesday to prevent prosecutors from contacting employees of Amgen Inc. during their investigation of allegations raised in a series of False Claims Act lawsuits accusing the drugmaker of providing kickbacks to health care providers.
