ITC Takes Up Mosaid's 337 Complaint Against Cisco

Law360, New York (June 16, 2011, 6:49 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission agreed on Thursday to take up Mosaid Technologies Inc.'s complaint alleging Cisco Systems Inc. illegally imported communication network equipment that infringed Mosaid patents.

The investigation into whether Cisco violated Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930 will cover imports of switches, routers, gateways, bridges, wireless access points, cable modems, IP phones and products containing this equipment, the ITC said.
