Zurich Seeks To Avoid Faulty Construction Suit Coverage

Law360, New York (June 17, 2011, 7:31 PM EDT) -- Zurich American Insurance Co. and an affiliate filed suit in Pennsylvania on Thursday alleging that a third insurer should be required to cover R.M. Shoemaker Co. in underlying litigation over its allegedly faulty workmanship for a New Jersey county's construction project.
