Court Clears Luce Forward Atty Of Negligence Claim

Law360, New York (June 20, 2011, 7:36 PM ET) -- A California state appeals court on Friday ruled that a Luce Forward Hamilton & Scripps LLP attorney did not have to separately explain to his clients an arbitration clause added to his fee agreement after he changed firms.
