Law360, New York (June 20, 2011, 6:15 PM ET) -- Kaneka Corp. filed a suit Friday in the U.S. International Trade Commission against several companies it claims are selling products that infringe a patent for the Japan-based company's Q10 dietary supplement.
The complaint, which names companies including China's Zhejiang Medicine Co. Ltd. and New York-based Maypro Industries Inc. as defendants, mirrors a suit Kaneka has pending against all of the same companies over the same patent in Texas federal court.
