Richards Layton IT Guy Settles SEC Fraud Claims

Law360, New York (June 20, 2011, 7:28 PM EDT) -- Three months after copping a plea with prosecutors, a former Richards Layton & Finger PA computer technician and a relative on Monday settled civil claims in Delaware that they abused firm information to trade in Google Inc. and other companies ahead of mergers.
