NY AG Wants Frozen Judicial Pay Case To Stay Closed

Law360, New York (June 20, 2011, 8:45 PM EDT) -- New York Attorney General Eric T. Schneiderman wants to block a group of state judges from collecting back pay by reopening a case over judicial salary raises, arguing in a Monday court filing that the state's high court already settled the issue.
