Judge Tosses Race Bias Claims Against Canon USA

Law360, New York (June 21, 2011, 3:51 PM ET) -- A New York federal judge on Tuesday nixed all claims against Canon USA Inc. in a putative class action accusing a Canon subsidiary of discriminating against black sales representatives, and ruled that some of the allegations against the subsidiary were time-barred.
