Merchant & Gould Taps New IP Attorneys

Law360, New York (May 22, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Merchant & Gould PC has tapped three new intellectual property partners who bring expertise in the areas of chemical, mechanical and electrical engineering, biotechnology, computer software and physics.

Attorney Brian Bodine moved to Merchant & Gould’s Seattle office from Davis, Wright, Tremaine LLP. Bill Capp joined the firm’s Atlanta branch from Womble, Carlyle, Sandridge & Rice PLLC, and Drew Hissong moved into the firm’s Washington, D.C. office from Sughrue Mion PLLC.

The firm has also added two of counsel attorneys and two associates.
