GAO Denies DynCorp Protest Over $440M Army Contract

Law360, New York (June 23, 2011, 5:35 PM ET) -- The U.S. Government Accountability Office has rejected incumbent contractor DynCorp International LLC's protest of the U.S. Army's decision to award a $440 million aircraft maintenance and repair contract to an L-3 Communications Systems unit, according to a decision released Thursday.
