Ceridian Sues Zeitgeist For $3.5M Over Guard Contract

Law360, New York (June 23, 2011, 9:42 PM EDT) -- Human resources services provider Ceridian Corp. sued outsourcing services company Zeitgeist Expressions Inc. for $3.5 million in Texas on Thursday for allegedly backing out of an agreement to jointly bid on a National Guard contract to provide mental health services.

After winning the contract, the two companies entered into a September 2008 subcontractor agreement designating Zeitgeist as a prime contractor, taking in 4 percent of the contract revenue, and Ceridian as a subcontractor, taking in 96 percent, according to the complaint.
