Skype Founding Member Says Bad PwC Advice Cost $1.5M

Law360, Los Angeles (June 24, 2011, 8:36 PM EDT) -- A California state judge on Friday tentatively ruled against summary judgment for either side in a case alleging PricewaterhouseCoopers LLC's malpractice left original Skype Ltd. board member Mark Dyne on the hook for $1.5 million in taxes when eBay Inc. bought Skype in 2005.
