ITC Affirms Garmin Section 337 Win Over Pioneer

Law360, New York (June 27, 2011, 1:17 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission on Friday ruled that Garmin International Inc. did not violate U.S. trade law by importing or selling GPS products that allegedly infringed patents asserted by Pioneer Corp., affirming an administrative law judge's conclusion but modifying his findings.
