Grubb & Ellis Says Cushman Raided Real Estate Brokers

Law360, New York (June 28, 2011, 6:35 PM EDT) -- Grubb & Ellis Co. filed suit Friday in Illinois accusing a former executive of breach of contract and rival Cushman & Wakefield Inc. of conspiracy for allegedly poaching 14 brokers in an attempt to thwart the possible sale of the real estate company.
