Calif. Workers' Union Fee Fight Heads To Supreme Court

Law360, New York (June 27, 2011, 4:51 PM ET) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday agreed to hear a challenge to a Ninth Circuit decision that struck down a win for nonunion California state employees in a class action challenging union fees used to support political causes.
