CAE Hits Former Neighbors With $2.1M CERCLA Suit

Law360, New York (June 27, 2011, 4:14 PM EDT) -- CAE USA Inc. filed suit in New York federal court Monday against several owners and operators of properties near its former facility, seeking $2.1 million in response costs over soil vapor contamination it blames on discharges from the nearby parcels.
