UnitedHealth Seeks 2nd Remand Of GSK Paxil Action

Law360, New York (June 27, 2011, 8:03 PM ET) -- UnitedHealth Group Inc. on Friday asked a Pennsylvania federal court to again remand to state court its planned class action against GlaxoSmithKline PLC over injuries allegedly caused by Avandia and Paxil, accusing the drugmaker of trying to stall discovery.
