CityTime Manager Faces Battle Over Defense Fees

Law360, New York (June 28, 2011, 1:18 PM EDT) -- A lawyer for a former Science Applications International Corp. executive facing corruption charges in connection with New York's troubled CityTime payroll system told a federal judge Tuesday that the contracting firm no longer wanted to pay the defendant's legal fees.
