ATP Demands US Extend Gulf Drilling Lease

Law360, New York (June 28, 2011, 6:53 PM EDT) -- ATP Oil & Gas Corp. asked a Louisiana federal court Tuesday to block the U.S. from terminating a deepwater drilling lease that expires July 1, saying the government was required to grant extensions following drilling moratoriums related to the Deepwater Horizon oil spill.
