Sanford Wittels Denied Coverage In Malpractice Suit

Law360, New York (June 28, 2011, 7:22 PM ET) -- A Washington federal judge found Monday that an insurance policy held by Sanford Wittels & Heisler LLP does not cover the firm in a legal malpractice suit over a failed racial discrimination class action against the U.S. Department of Commerce.
