Signalife, Investors Seek Approval For $4M Settlement

Law360, New York (June 29, 2011, 9:51 PM ET) -- Signalife Inc. and six of its executives sought approval Wednesday for a $4 million settlement with plaintiffs in two proposed shareholder class actions accusing the medical device maker of misleading investors about the impending launch of a wireless heart monitor.
