Investors Appeal Dismissal Of Barclays MBS Fraud Suit

Law360, New York (June 30, 2011, 5:24 PM EDT) -- Shareholders who hit Barclays Bank PLC with a proposed fraud class action after investing in billions of dollars worth of mortgage-backed securities sold by the British financial giant on Wednesday appealed a New York federal court's dismissal of their claims.
