Lawyers Fight To Represent LCD Plaintiffs

Law360, New York (May 24, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Five firms seeking to represent indirect purchasers in a class action alleging price-fixing for TFT-LCD technology filed a memorandum Tuesday seeking to bar a different group of lawyers from representing the plaintiffs.

“The dissidents have done virtually nothing to investigate and advance this case, while the indirect plaintiffs' consensus counsel have done much," the five firms argue.
