Securities Suit Against Esteé Lauder Dismissed

Law360, New York (May 24, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A district court judge on Tuesday dismissed a proposed securities class action suit against the Esteé Lauder Cos. Inc. and its executives, ruling that the plaintiff, a company shareholder, failed to show that he suffered an economic loss through the defendants’ alleged misstating of financial data.
