US Gets Power Plant Haze Pollution Suit Tossed

Law360, New York (June 30, 2011, 7:39 PM EDT) -- A Washington federal judge on Thursday dismissed a suit demanding the U.S. certify that certain power plants cause haze pollution, siding with the federal government's decision to hold off on a final determination until the plants complete efforts to limit pollution.
