Intel, Apple, HP Face ITC Probe Into Microprocessor IP
The ITC voted to institute the probe based on X2Y’s May 31 complaint alleging that microprocessors and computers containing them were being imported into the U.S. and sold by the respondents in violation of Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930.
