Sony, Apple, Universal 'Just Kill' Copyright Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (July 1, 2011, 4:25 PM EDT) -- Sony Music Entertainment, Apple Inc. and Universal Music-MGB NA LLC on Thursday settled a copyright suit in California over sales of Cypress Hill's “How I Could Just Kill a Man,” which allegedly ripped off a 1966 song by The Music Machine.
