Judge Rejects Extra $21M For Fendi In Trademark Suit

Law360, New York (June 30, 2011, 10:25 PM EDT) -- A federal judge in New York on Thursday declined to award Italian designer Fendi Adele SRL an extra $21.4 million in damages recommended by a magistrate judge in a suit against a trading company accused of supplying counterfeit merchandise to retailers.
