Sabre Asks Court To Ground US Airways’ Antitrust Suit

Law360, New York (July 1, 2011, 3:27 PM EDT) -- Sabre Holdings Corp. asked a New York federal court on Thursday to dismiss an antitrust suit filed by US Airways Inc., arguing the case is merely a bid by the airline to undo its contract with the ticket distribution services company.
