Law360, New York (July 01, 2011, 7:07 PM ET) -- Legal consulting company Hildebrandt Baker Robbins on Friday split from parent Thompson Reuters Corp. to form an independent firm based in Chicago, the companies announced Thursday.
The new firm is called HBR Consulting LLC and headed by Christopher Petrini-Poli, a chief operating officer at Hildebrandt Baker Robbins.
Though an independent consulting firm, HBR Consulting will partner with Thomson Reuters where the two companies have mutual interest, the company said in its announcement.
