Law360, New York (July 05, 2011, 5:52 PM ET) -- Direct purchasers in multidistrict litigation accusing the Dow Chemical Co., Rohm & Haas Co. and Union Carbide Corp. of fixing prices for plastic additives dropped their claims against the companies Thursday in Pennsylvania after losing their second bid for class certification.
