Law360, New York (July 05, 2011, 9:46 PM ET) -- The former head of the Washington litigation practice at Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP left to found his own white collar-focused boutique firm Friday.
Preston Burton, who has been at Orrick since August 2005, joined Washington lawyer Gregory L. Poe to found Poe & Burton PLLC, which focuses on federal criminal trials, appeals, grand jury proceedings and criminal investigations, along with Congressional and agency probes, its newly launched website said.
