Law360, New York (July 06, 2011, 7:31 PM ET) -- The European Commission on Wednesday formally accused 12 cable makers, including Prysmian SpA and Nexans SA, of colluding to fix the prices of underground and submarine power cables.
The antitrust body sent statements of objections to the cable makers, saying it was concerned the companies conspired to split up markets and customers in Europe.
