FDA Bans Import Of Drugs From Dr. Reddy's Mexico Plant

Law360, New York (July 6, 2011, 6:14 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Food and Drug Administration last week banned the import of nearly all drugs from Dr. Reddy's Laboratories Ltd.'s Mexico plant into the U.S. after warning the company earlier in June that the plant was violating FDA guidelines for testing its drugs and cleaning its equipment.
