3rd Circ. Remands Media Cross-Ownership Regs To FCC

Law360, New York (July 7, 2011, 4:47 PM EDT) -- The Third Circuit on Thursday ordered the Federal Communications Commission to reassess its decision to repeal a ban on corporations owning newspaper and broadcast stations in the same market, but affirmed the agency's other rules on television and radio cross-ownership.
