Boom Maker Appeals $3M Contract Suit Against BP

Law360, New York (July 7, 2011, 7:10 PM EDT) -- Ohio oil containment boom maker Stanwood Boom Works LLC said Thursday it would appeal the dismissal of its suit in Texas federal court alleging that a BP PLC unit reneged on a $3 million contract for booms to help contain the Deepwater Horizon disaster.
