Law360, New York (July 07, 2011, 5:26 PM ET) -- Xe Services LLC — the security contractor formerly known as Blackwater Worldwide — on Thursday settled a class action brought in North Carolina by former firearms and tactics instructors seeking overtime wages.
The terms of the settlement were filed under seal, and Xe and the former instructors also filed a separate motion seeking to keep the terms secret.
