Law360, New York (July 08, 2011, 4:04 PM ET) -- A federal judge on Thursday refused to grant CNA Holdings Inc.'s bid to dismiss a lawsuit that Asarco LLC brought seeking contributions toward a $33 million settlement over a California Superfund site that the mining company reached during its bankruptcy proceeding.
