Leviton Patent Suit Must Be Heard In NM: Fed. Circ.

Law360, New York (July 8, 2011, 6:40 PM EDT) -- The Federal Circuit ruled Friday that Leviton Manufacturing Co. Inc. must litigate a circuit interrupter patent suit against General Protecht Group Inc. in New Mexico — not California or the U.S. International Trade Commission — under the terms of a previous settlement.
