Telephone Contractor Sues US Over Attys' Fees

Law360, New York (July 11, 2011, 2:23 PM EDT) -- SUFI Network Services Inc. sued the federal government Friday, seeking more than $900,000 in attorneys' fees, expenses and interest from the successful pursuit of claims over a telephone services contract for U.S. Air Force bases in Germany.

Montvale, N.J.-based SUFI said in its complaint in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims that the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals in 2005 upheld more than 20 monetary claims the company leveled against the Air Force based on the contract.
