NY Appeals Court Won't Toss GE Pollution Suit

Law360, New York (July 11, 2011, 7:39 PM EDT) -- A New York appeals court ruled Friday that a lower court did not err in refusing to nix a suit alleging that the discharge of toxic chemicals from a former General Electric Co. industrial plant contaminated nearby groundwater.
